A useful painting enquiry starts with a clear description of the work you have in mind. You do not need to know the right product or have a complete specification before getting in touch.
Describe the spaces
Tell us whether the property is a home, hotel, condo, commercial building, or construction project. Describe the walls, ceilings, trim, or exterior areas you would like assessed.
Share the existing condition
Photographs can help explain peeling paint, staining, cracks, or areas that need closer inspection. Include both a wider view and a close-up where possible. Photographs help start the conversation; they do not replace an assessment where one is needed.
Explain access and timing
Let us know whether the property is occupied, whether there are access restrictions, and your preferred project window. For shared properties, identify who can authorise the work and arrange access.
Agree the scope before work begins
Ask what preparation, surfaces, coats, materials, and exclusions the quotation covers. A clearly recorded scope makes it easier to compare proposals and understand the work being offered.
